We process the data you have provided to us in connection with completing the contact form for a maximum period of 10 years, or until the consent to data processing has been withdrawn. All persons who come into contact with clients’ personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractually assumed obligations are bound by a contractual duty of confidentiality.

If the customer grants their consent, the supplier may send commercial communications via email and telephone, including news, offers, advertising, and invitations to participate in surveys and market research.

The data retained about the customer may be provided to third parties in justified cases related to the activities of the Controller (e.g., postal delivery services), including parties providing IT services to the Controller within the information systems necessary for the Controller’s activities (hereinafter “Processors”), with whom the Controller is required to conclude a contractual relationship obliging them, in accordance with the GDPR, to ensure the same level of personal data protection when processing personal data (data processing agreement). The Controller will process personal data in an automated manner via secure systems.

The customer may change the personal data held and processed about them at any time by logging into the “customer section.”

The customer may withdraw their consent to the storage and processing of personal data, or to receiving commercial communications, at any time by sending an email to jan@andcork.cz.
